Strength - Stamina - Domination

  • Tutio is a Nuwe-led (matriarchal) society that strives to push the boundaries of human capability. Sport and Tournament were invented in these labyrinthian mountains, and much of the day of a Tutio child is spent at play, inventing new games, or competing with one another.

    To a foreigner, they may seem to be people who are unserious and never get anything done. In truth, they are incredibly efficient, and get things done quickly simply by their own nature of trying to outpace everyone else. Which, in turn, provides more time for friendly competition.

    The people of Tutio can be braggarts, but the frequency at which one can be humbled is high in society, and so they tend to also be hyper aware of their own limitations.

  • Tutio call the vast mountain ranges of Mydista home. Their territory resides to the Northwest to the Capitol, Fiore.

    Key Settlements:

    1. Strayn, the capital, is deep in the heart of the Tutio Mountains.

    2. Zald, north of the volcano.

    3. Levin, one of the Twin Overlooks, borders the northern country of Terrevere.

    4. Jela, bordering Khari territory.

    5. Oln, one of the Twin Overlooks, borders the northern country of Terrevere.

  • Soldier

    Soldiers are the front line against the Outworlder Menace. The Outworlder Fiends were pushed back deep within the Undermurk and beyond the mountains into the country of Terrevere. Since then, Soldiers have mounted up defenses and guarded Mydista’s borders against them. Soldiers come from all regions, and they quickly develop friendships through hardship.

    Many assume them to be brutish and dumb, but due to the nature of their assemblage, Soldiers tend to be the most cultured and well-rounded people, save for a few seasoned Wayfarers.

Melody is a 23 year old Nuwe (female) from the Levina Clan. Her clan is located high in the northern mountains bordering the country of Terrevere. Melody is the youngest sister of eight brothers. The last member of her clan to have become the Green Knight was Petra, who is currently one of the oldest living Knights at 78. While her brothers trained themselves in feats of strength and skill, Melody became masterful at climbing and quickness, and made many friends with mountain animals that were deemed nigh uncatchable. It was up in these mountains where she met her friend Knock, a Ram Free, with whom she developed a Contract. Melody easily suffers from homesickness, as she has been regarded amongst her large family as “the tie that binds them,” a sentiment that makes her worry for them when she is not around.

The people of Tutio are sporty, and are always running, jumping, or climbing trees. Their innate Aspect Magic is Form Magic, which allows them to augment their bodies to perform fantastic physical feats. Some achieve great speed or strength, and others impress with endurance. Melody is also trained in Aether Magic, thanks to Knock, and she is well on her way to becoming a skilled Wayfarer.
